Drawing on Leather

Arm Candy
Pyrography on leather
Having fun drawing on leather with my new pyrography tool and Manolo's rivet press.
I will have some leather cuffs, bookmarks and other goodies available when I re-open my shop next week.

Super! It looks very "artisanal". It reminds me of a bracelet with my name on it from France.

I did woodburning (pyro) long ago and loved it. Be very careful not to burn yourself! That would be terrible.
I always used wood and never tried leather. Your work is fantastic!

P.S. I did not know you wrote a book until last week. I ordered a copy and can't wait to start making my own stamps. Thank you for showing the rest of us how to do this. Your fan in Houston, Texas,

Wow these look great, I love the effect it has on the leather. I've only tried it on tracing paper before, when I was in college!

Hi Genine,
Just wondering what ink/paint you used on the leather. We have been looking for something that wears well.
