Spring Cleaning
I'm using that beautiful turquoise to paint the inner back wall
of our cabinet of curiosities. It was fun to empty it out and look at each of the little pods, shells, twigs, seeds, etc...that we've been collecting over the years.

Paint cardboard first and put it in the cupboard. I like turq too, but wood is so beautiful. You can always remove cardboard , but removing paint is a pain.
What fun! Great color, too. I'm so enjoying having my own cabinet of curiosities, though I notice it's filling up REALLY quickly these days. = )
Love those 'dingle balls' ( liquor amber, right?) my kids use to toss those at each other.. lol... that paint will look gorgeous.. That branch on top of your chest adds to the chest!.

Anonymous is so right. I have also used wallpaper to cover the back of a cabinet. I used foamcore board sized to just wedge in. It worked beautifully.

Yes, turquoise currently provides a good mood. It's not really my favorite color, but also my home, there are one or two turquoise spots.
