Weekend Musings

Welcome!
Books by Color
Birds
Macramé
Rock bottom
Took a nap, sorted books by color, watched the starlings pass by,
baked bread for my family, cuddled with my sweet dog,
knotted a macramé belt for my pet rock and laughed myself silly
with this hilarious video. How was your weekend?

Oh Geninne,

Your Turbo really is an exquisite boy. And I haven't watched that video in ages, it still makes me laugh so hard! Thanks for sharing it.

My weekend was a nice mix of work and play, including a lot of time at my sewing machine, making gifts. How lucky am I?

Love your photos and art...and this blog.

Hi Geninne,
Your art and aesthetic are inspiring.
I was wondering if you made those cloth baskets on the shelf above your books or did you purchase them? If so, where? thanks.

I love to see all the beautiful things you are up to. My days have been too busy to document, or keep up with my crafty friends. Hope this weekend is just as creative for you!

I would love to make a bracelet like the belt you made for your pet rock. Did you have a pattern you followed? How did you make it? :)
