Butterfly Plate

I made a decoupage plate today!
I printed one of my watercolors on this water slide decal paper
and adhered it to the back of a little 5" glass plate I found at a Zara Home shop.
Once the decal dried and I got all the bubbles out I varnished the back.

Your plate is gorgeous!

I"ve had some of that decal paper for a while now and just need to try one. What do you use for varnish?
I love these, your website is so inspiring. I wanted to ask the same question as Alyssa - which varnish do you use for the back.
