I ♥ Plants

Puddle
Nopal
Spines
Spines upclose
Coral red
Lavender
Stone wall with plants
Kalanchoe & others
My little jungle
Window plants
The first six photos were taken on yesterday's walk near our house.
We've had much needed rain these past few weeks and it was lovely
to see how everything is bursting with new life.
The beautiful potted plants against the stone wall were taken last weekend at the Aurora gallery in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato.
One of my favorite places to visit in San Miguel.
The last two photos are of my growing little jungle at home.

So beautiful. I always love seeing the plants from your area as they are so different than here (although I do have lots of lavender in my yard).

These are simply beautiful! Just the right inspiration for a color palette for my cactus painting in progress.

Gorgeous photos! It must be hard to take a walk in the wild where you are, though--all those thorns sneaking about!

Preciosas fotos! A mí también me apasionan las plantas. Si no la conoces, tienes que ver una serie de documentales de la BBC que se llaman "La Vida Secreta de las plantas", fantásticos.

I'm glad I found your blog. I see you are near San Miguel, but how long does it take to get there from your house? I'm moving to Merida, Yucatan next year. Maybe I can take a class with you.
