Saturday Morning
Daniel & I spent the most wonderful morning painting outside & listening to music.
It was one of those really special perfect days.
This colorful flock of birds will be landing at my Big Cartel shop next week.
Daniel made the greatest portrait of Turbo in acrylics.
It will probably turn up at his blog soon :)

*For all of you who asked about the brush holder...
It's just an aluminum brush washer, you can check it out here.

the brsh holder has been a hit, I've never seen one like it before either. I have a friends birthday coming up who I'd love to get one for.
What fun to spend the morning with your son this way. in front of such a great view, I'm particularly taken with the one with the road.

I haven't painted on paper for years and years, and even longer in watercolours. But I've been looking back through your blog and have been so inspired to do so again! So much so that yesterday, when I was in the art store for something else, I bought some Cotman brushes, a block of watercolour paper, and a bottle of white acrylic ink! Now I'm looking forward to experimenting ...
