Yum! That recipe for the bread seems super easy. I love the way it's shaped too. None of this bread machine oblong thing going on. Bon appetit!

We frequently buy fresh tortillas from the market but never blue corn ones. They're gorgeous and now I want some. While I'm at it I'll take a cheese and a loaf of bread! :)

How fabulous is Jim Lahey's bread recipe? We make it often at our house (I sometimes cheat and do the five hour version, rather than overnight). What a beautiful round of cheese! What sort of milk is made from?

Jim Lahey has a quicker version of this no-knead bread recipe. I don't have the link at hand. Search Google for it. I love the look of homemade bread. The smell is incredible!
