when I lived in Mexico City, years and years ago, I went to this museum frequently...such fun to 'visit' once again!....so incredible...and makes you realize how sophisticated and ancient Mexico's culture is....such beauty!

I am Australian and have travelled quite a bit through Europe and Britain but I would have to say the Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City is by far the best museum I have ever been to- with the possible exception on the very different Victoria & Albert Museum in London (I do love my decorative arts). LOVE Mexico City! My Dad lived there as a child, and so we used to visit my aunt and cousins there. I loved every moment!

I have been to that museum, we had a great time we ate quite a few of churros...haha
I was in Mexico at the age of 19 with a cultural exchange program and this museum was one the places I loved most.
