I love it. He is a bright and cheery little fellow. Have I mentioned (I know I have but it bears repeating) that when I look at your art I always feel like picking up colored pencils or paints or something and being creative?

A copy of your book arrived at my doorstep today and I love it! It's so beautiful like your blog. I love all the ideas and inspiration and I can't wait to try out carving again. (The last time I carved was a couple months ago so this is the little kickstart I needed:)

I lost your website when I moved and recently found you again. I love birds and have been thinking of naming our home "Bird Song". Can I tell you how much I love this black and white bird!!!! You probably hear this all the time, but you are such an amazing artist, so full of joy and sweetness..the way you share what you do makes it a better world❤
To be honest: I prefer the photographed version because I actually love the typical manner the bird's tilting his head in kind of a questioning way. I miss that in your pic (though it's good as always).
