Hello Geninne. Happy New Year from Portland, Oregon. I've been following your blog for a few months now. It's delightful and always provides a wonderful "shot" of beauty and inspiration. Thank you very much for creating it!
Love the Polar Bear!! Mom noticed it said "brrr...COLD", too funny, I love the cold and now in Colorado it is COLD ...how can it be COLD there too!
Tail Wags to Turbo, hope he is not COLD, I doubt it!!

Just a quick question, I see you use white ink. I just purchased some on a whim the other day in the art store- I found that my plain brown craft paper soaked it up on a project I was working on.
Is there a trick to using it with a calligraphy pen? Should I be using a different paper to get nice white lines? Or only on top of already painted objects?

Could you write a little bit about how you do your pages? They are wonderful. Do you start with misc. images and then fill in with a calendar? The polar bear is a cutie!

Hi, i love your prints so much! I have been practising painting myself and I would like to print some of them, but I have no idea how it works...do you scan or take a photo of your painting and change something like levels or hue/saturation in photoshop? I have no idea where to start. I wish you a lovely new year!

So glad to be back! Journals are wonderful things. I like to call them 'journey books' as they really do tell a story, dont you think! I'm off to make a new felt journey cover now for my 2010 book. Hope that keeps me inspired to keep adding to it!
