Morning Ritual

Early morning in the kitchen
Fresh Squeezed
Orange-Mango smoothies
No Knead Bread
Manolo makes the smoothies
(fresh squeezed orange juice blended with frozen mango)
I make the bread.

Suspected that might be your recipe. Our copy is sitting by the door awaiting loading onto our sailboat. Canada here we come. Now we just need the frozen mangos and fresh oranges.

Mmm. I regularly make the same bread, the whole wheat version, now with my own tweaks. Isn't it easy and delish? Love that Mexican citrus juicer and didn't know I wanted one until now. :D

yum! mango and oj...i have 2 mangos sitting on my counter, just wondering what to do with them.
i usually make a mango yogurt...topped with granola
the bread looks good also :)
