I spent the most wonderful week in my beloved Chile. I hadn't been here in 13 years! I'm going back home to Mexico today so full of inspiration and happy to have spent time with my family & friends. Thank you for coming along with me :)
I always lurk instead of comment but I must comment here: yay, Chile! I went for a few days via a ship while in college, Valpariso and Vina del Mar. Beautiful areas and would love to go again!
I'm curious, is the Virginia creeper (the vine) native down there or has it been introduced?
looks like you've captured some new ideas for your artwork during this break!! I especially love the chalkboard menu ~ love people's handlettering (shows the creative side of their personality)... hope you'll ease into your family routine so your batteries stay charged until your next adventure!
I'm so happy for you :) Do you know that today google is celebrating John James Audubon, author of the collection of paintings "Birds of America"? Seems a good wish for your travel back home to me :)
Please tell me where in Chile! Fanstastic photos. I am from Villa La Angostura in Argentina and I'd like to visit those beaches and eat at that resto. Thanks for the trip!
I hope you've enjoy your trip...Chile está de colorido otoño Geninne...tomaste vinito?fuiste a la playa?comiste mariscos?...ojalá que hayas podido regalonear lo suficiente. Un abrazo chileno.
Oh, I love the colors! I have never been to Mexico or Chile~or anywhere else even close. But when I read your blog, I think I feel a whisper of it... On a cold, rainy Oregon day. :)
Wonderful Chile - it's been 13 years for me too! North to south we spent a few weeks and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful country. Loved seeing your pictures.
Eres un arcoiris de multiples colores, tu Valparaiso, puerto principal...Felicitaciones por estar de vuelta, siempre se vuelve al primer amor, dice el tango, un abrazo chilensis,Jeannette.
The 5-leafed vine you photographed is called "virginia creeper" here in Tennessee. It is considered a weed but I let it grow because of it's lovely colors in the fall. Do you know what it is called in Chile?
Thanks for pointing those resources out. I’ll add the podcast to my personal list and check it out. I did get a duplicate of the book along with let me followers realize too. Appreciate the knowledge!
