Okay!!! I have said it before and I will say it again... I love EVERYTHING about your house!!! My kids would love their own spot for drawing and writing and creating... but we haven't progressed from our large kitchen table yet!!!
I like that you have given your children nice, calm, tidy spots to do their work. I think that children are exposed to such a chaotic, noisy, plastic world - we need to create places of solace for them. Thank you for so generously sharing this bit about your home and family.
MY fave number too...I have mentioned this before...and actually posted a captured #9 in my post today...not as large as yours though! LOVE your sons desks...the perfect place for them to study and complete their work...while YOU work. SO well thought out! Have a great evening. Char.x
Everytime I check your blog, I am filled with awe (and envy!). I am an architect & artist and I would love to live and work in such an inspiring studio. Such beautiful spaces and art!
Your blog reminds me of a victorian journal with written thoughts and lovely art...Thanks for such a cheerful bright spot that adds beauty to the world....
Room 9 - that was the name of the alternative school my daughters attended for a short time. It was our initiation into the world of being life long learners. That you have a 9 on the door to your studio and homeschool your boys there is so significant to me. I add my voice to the chorus of thanks in sharing this space with us!

This studio just keeps getting better and better! :) It's perfect.
Do your sons do art as well?
How nice that you all share a creative space!
I am so jealous!!!! This is a dream studio, and your sons are very lucky! Beautiful!

Qué bonito. ¿De dónde son esas sillas G?
oh this is beautiful. Have you shared where the drawer unit and shelves are from yet? (not that I'd be able to afford them, but they look gorgeous)!
curious ~ do you play music while you create? or listen to birds, the wind and nature outside your beautiful studio?
I am in love with Manolo's work. So clean and beautiful!
Jo! Yo quiero tener una segunda madre y que me prepare habitaciones tan deliciosas como estas¡
Your studio space is so cool! I just discovered this blog and your art just blew me away. WOW.

Wow, your space looks so inspiring and I'm sure it's even more so when you get to share it with your sons.
What a lovely studio! I love the idea that your furniture matches your house color(exterior)! So special! :)

And I saw your sons' art too. Really really great drawings and paintings. Like mother like son!
how your son can do homework in such small corner. Looks like prison to me. Sorry for my comment. Corners usually have bad energy.
P.S. But everything around looks awesome.
i really like your creative stuff. i enjoy your blog a lot and i am very jealous now of your beautiful home!
wow, d & i's desks are awfully clean! ;^)
xoxo
Wonderful work space for the three of you! Love your flat files..... are they custom made?
