I totally agree, I too have been making my own organic bread and it is so delicious and rewarding when my husband and children just savor it at breakfast :)
I just came across your blog and absolutely love it! I love all your designs and your home pics in flickr are so inspiring! Best wishes from Morocco, Tina www.travelingmama.net
I made this bread about a year ago. The recipe was printed in Mother Earth magazine. This recipe is so easy and the bread turn out just like the expensive bakery breads!!!
I've tried!! Thank you, I am so happy to know this recipie. I will post tomorrow about it. Thanks again! By the way, and I hope you won't take it wrong, but I appreciate so much your drawings. I would enjoy to have them in the kitchen on a dishcloth or towel, or as a calendar. Will you print cloth sometime?
Hi Geninne, I've been artisan bread experimenting this last year starting w/ No Need to Knead and the video you linked. Then I found Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day: The Discovery That Revolutionizes Home Baking. Truly a slice of heaven on earth! Thank you for sharing your work - you inspire me! :)
Funny, I hadn't been looking at blogs in months and then I took a peak at yours only to find this wonderful recipe. I made it that day and we have been making a loaf every couple of days ever since. So glad you shared that!
I'm going to try this one. Thank you! I've just discovered your blog and I've been reading almost all entries. Wow, you're so creative and soooo inspiring! I look forward to seeing some work of yours in the Dutch magazine 'Flow'.
I worked at an artisan bakery for eight years and I miss that type of bread. I'm going to try this recipe for sure. The no-kneading has me curious about the texture. Thanks for the link.

The only thing better than the smell of fresh baked bread is eating it warm with (homemade organic!) butter. Mmm mm.
